When the colder weather starts to set in, people in West Michigan start to think about one thing – comfort food. And there’s no better comfort food on this planet on cold fall and winter days than chili. It can be as simple or easy to make as you want it to be, there are a ton of different variations, and I’m convinced that no one ever makes chili exactly the same twice.
