DULUTH, Minn. (KQDS-TV) – Early in the morning of October 27, 2026 a man was found allegedly laying on a stranger’s couch.
Charging documents claim Brian Christopher Fairbanks, 43, of Duluth was discovered on the couch of an East Hillside residence.
A resident there said they woke up to use the restroom and discovered Fairbanks. The Probable Cause Statement said, “No one at the residence knew [Fairbanks], so they asked him to leave.”…
