ROCHESTER, Minn.- According to the Minnesota State Patrol, the foggy weather on Jan. 24 in southeast Minnesota saw an increase in fog-related crashes. KIMT Storm Team 3’s latest forecasts indicate the fog may continue into Thursday, Jan. 25, alongside an increased risk of ice on the road from freezing drizzle.
