Northland Vapor ordered to pay over $100,000 after state officials claim the company sold edibles that far exceeded legal limits of THC

(Moorhead, MN) — Northland Vapors is ordered to pay $105,000 to Minnesota and health entities after the company was accused of violating state edible laws. The Minnesota Board of Pharmacy and Minnesota Department of Health in Clay County sued Northland Vapor for selling products that were over the legal limit of 50mg of THC per package. This includes some that contained 2,500mg of THC.
