NORTH DAKOTA ( KXNET ) — After several reports throughout North Dakota of mail delays and issues, the United States Postal Service will conduct an audit in both North Dakota and Minnesota.

As KX News previously reported over the last year, parts of our region have been severely impacted by post office delays. There have also been several reports of poor working conditions within branches of the post office throughout the Upper Midwest.
The audit will begin soon, and it will look at post offices in Minot, Mandan and Bismarck.
The audit will end with a list of issues and recommendations which each office will have to fix and follow.
