(ABC 6 News) – Governor Tim Walz says he will join multiple other governors in sending the U.S. Supreme Court a “Friend of the Court” brief. This comes in connection to a case litigating the FDA’s approval of mifepristone, a drug frequently used in medical abortion procedures.
