CO Sean Williams (Ely #1) reports snowmobile trail conditions have deteriorated to the point that snowmobile travel has become very difficult or impossible as large swaths are completely snowless. Angling activity was steady but very low success was found among most anglers checked. Violations included snowmobile speed, operating a snowmobile with a modified exhaust, and angling with no license in possession.
