Moorhead, MN (KROC-AM News) – A statewide missing person alert was issued today by the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension for a young man who was last seen on Monday. The BCA issued the alert on behalf of the Moorhead Police Department, which has been actively searching for 19-year-old Arthur Wiebe. He was last seen Monday night walking away from his family’s shop in Moorhead.
