ST. PAUL, Minn. (GRAY) – As summer draws to a close, Minnesota state leaders highlighted statewide work on almost 250 infrastructure projects Monday. Across the state, there have been 193 construction projects involving roads and bridges and an additional 54 to improve airports, railroad crossings, transit infrastructure and water ports.
