Volunteers spruce up National Cemetery to honor our heroes

BLACK HILLS NATIONAL CEMETERY, S.D. – The grounds of Black Hills National Cemetery got a little sprucing Wednesday. Volunteers from the group Saluting Branches spent the day trimming the trees, not only at Black Hills, but other national cemeteries and veteran sites around the country. The group is based in Minnesota and brings together tree care professionals and volunteers to improve the look of the grounds.
