DULUTH, Minn. – Former Minnesota Representative Rick Nolan has passed away. The Minnesota DFL announcing the news Friday morning. Nolan was 80 years old. Nolan served as the U.S. Representative from Minnesota’s 8th congressional district from 2013 to 2019. He previously served Minnesota’s 6th congressional district from 1975 to 1981.
