BYHALIA, Miss. – A baby was found behind a dumpster in a Mississippi city Wednesday night, according to the Marshall County Sheriff’s Office. An investigator with the sheriff’s office told FOX13 that the child, believed to be a girl between two and three weeks old, was found in a car seat behind a dumpster.
