MERIDIAN, Miss. (WTOK) – A Lauderdale County administrator and a teacher have received statewide honors from the Mississippi Department of Education. Anita Wansley, principal at Northeast Elementary School, is Mississippi Administrator of the Year. Shauna Waters, an English IV teacher at West Lauderdale High School, is Teacher of the Year.
