Oklahoma joins Ohio, Mississippi in passing Blockchain Basics Act

Oklahoma has become the latest state to pass the Blockchain Basics Act, seeking to protect its citizens’ right to own, trade, and mine digital currencies. The Act recently sailed through both state legislature chambers (81-1 in the House of Representatives) and awaits Gov. Kevin Stitt’s signature. If assented by the Republican governor, it would take effect on November 1.
