JACKSON, Miss. (WLBT) – A new state law has gaps that are keeping some military families from having the school choice they thought was being given to them this year. HB 1341 is intended to give military families in Mississippi the right to transfer their children to any traditional public school around the state if the receiving school has the capacity.
