In the second round of its cannabis microbusiness license program, the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services awarded 57 licenses to cannabis facilities Thursday. At least six licenses were awarded in each of Missouri’s eight congressional districts, with each district receiving two dispensary licenses and four wholesale licenses.
