SHAWNEE COUNTY -Law enforcement are investigating two suspect on multiple allegations after an arrest. Just before 11:30p.m. August 21, a sheriff’s deputy located a red 1999 Plymouth Voyager that was reported stolen out of Missouri in the 1900 block of NW Topeka Boulevard, according to Shawnee County Deputy Abigail Christian.
