KANSAS CITY, Mo. – A judge in Cole County, Missouri, ruled Friday that Missouri’s sports gambling amendment will remain on the ballot this fall. The ruling, issued by Judge Daniel Green, found that the plaintiffs failed to provide sufficient credible evidence to disqualify the signatures certified by the Secretary of State’s Office.
