SPRINGFIELD, Mo. (KY3) – The CDC has issued a nationwide recall after an E. coli outbreak linked to organic carrots. According to the CDC, 39 people across 18 states have been infected with 15 being hospitalized, and one person has died. One case has been reported in Missouri, and one case has been reported in Arkansas.
