I don’t have a lot of deep convictions, but this is one of them. I know (and all real fans agree with me) that The Flash really lives in Missouri and I can prove it. If you’ve somehow been living under a rock and/or don’t pay much attention to comic book characters since (unlike me) you’ve grown up to become an adult, The Flash is a superhero in the DC universe. He received his super-speed after a particle accelerator explosion in Central City at Star Laboratories.
