LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) — University of Nebraska Medical Center (UNMC) College of Nursing has announced the first recipients of the Joanne and William Conway Nursing Scholarship.
The Bedford Falls Foundation-DAF provided $1.5 million for 100 UNMC students for the next three years.
According to UNMC, the nursing students may go to any of the campuses; Omaha, Lincoln, Scottsbluff, Kearney or Norfolk. The recipients receive an average award of $5,000 per year…
