HASTINGS, Neb. (KSNB) – Today we saw the cloud/clear sky line continue to advance eastward. Some in Eastern Nebraska remained socked under clouds longer today keeping afternoon highs in the 30s for many folks east of highway 281. Central areas saw the return of sunshine with more sun and high climbing into the upper 40s. So basically it was warmer as you headed to the west today. The cloud/clear line will stop advancing eastward Saturday night, so Eastern Nebraska could continue to see low clouds and fog for another night. Lower lying areas will be the best chance of fog. The rest of the area will be mostly clear. We’ll see lows between the mid 10s and the mid 20s.
