LINCOLN, Neb. – Nebraska Secretary of State certified the 2024 general election ballot on Friday. This comes on the heels of Nebraska Supreme Court rulings saying both competing abortion measures should be on the ballot in addition to the partial repeal of the latest law to provide public tax dollars to pay for scholarships to private kindergarten through 12th grade schools.
