LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) – Since it launched in Nebraska back in June of 2022, the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline has helped over 22,000 people. But work to reach even more is being done by the many partners involved in making the service run smoothly, including those at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln’s Public Policy Center.
