3-judge panel appointed to determine if Nebraska man convicted of killing 4 people will get the death penalty

DAKOTA COUNTY, Neb. – The Nebraska Judicial Branch has appointed a three-judge panel to decide if a manconvicted of four counts of first-degree murder, four counts of use of a firearm to commit a felony, and two counts of second-degree arson will receive the death penalty, KCAU, our sister station in Sioux City, reported.
