Warmer temperatures return Thursday

LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) – A warm front will move across most of Nebraska on Thursday bringing warmer temperatures this afternoon to parts of the state. At the same time a cold front will sweep across the state and may trigger a few isolated thunderstorms in far eastern Nebraska late this afternoon and evening. Most of Nebraska will stay dry. High temperatures Friday and Saturday will be in the 60s, which is closer to average. Warmer temperatures return Sunday through Tuesday.
