OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) – The first weekend of November is looking to be gloomy and wet as the first of many round of showers will be coming through this afternoon. The morning hours will be mostly cloudy, dry, and cool. Shortly after noon, showers and storms will begin to move into the far southern counties along the Nebraska and Kansas border. The storms will move northeast hitting the metro area by mid afternoon. The severe threat is LOW. There’s a chance for a strong t-storm for areas around York that could produce hail & damaging winds.
