HASTINGS, Neb. (KSNB) – The weather today feels more like an early spring day with temperatures in the 50’s and passing showers. We cannot rule out an isolated shower throughout the night as well as some patchy fog as temperatures stay in the 50’s through the night. A warm up tomorrow into the low to mid 60’s as we stay mostly dry into the early afternoon. Winds pick up tomorrow as well to around 10-15 mph with some gusts around 20 mph ahead of a cold front that will move through in the late evening. Shower and thunderstorm chances increase into the evening as the cold front approaches that will likely continue into the night. We also cannot rule out a severe thunderstorm tomorrow evening as the storm prediction center has outlined a marginal risk for most of the viewing area primarily for large hail. Isolated showers continue into Monday morning as temperatures drop back into the 40’s.
