NORTH PLATTE, Neb. (KNOP) – The big story of the next couple of days will be the arctic air remaining in place over the Central Plains. By later in the week, temperatures will come up a little, but remain near to slightly below average most days. Some minor chances for moisture come later in the forecast period.
