Permanent standard time or daylight saving time? Nebraskans are split

Tired of changing your clocks twice a year? Two Nebraska lawmakers feel the same way, and have proposed bills this session to stick with one time system all year. LB34, introduced by State Sen. Megan Hunt of Omaha, would signal Nebraska’s support for a year-round daylight saving time, the time system that now jumps one hour forward during the warmer months of the year.
