LAS VEGAS (KLAS) – As more than a foot of snow fell Thursday in parts of southern Nevada, the region is ramping up for an epic storm starting towards the end of the weekend. According to 8newsnow.com weather anchor Sherry Swensk, the last 48 hours brought 13 inches of snowfall in parts of southern Nevada. Mt Charleston Mountain Man on X said that he measured approximately 5 inches of the white stuff, with plenty melting back throughout the day.
