Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield in Nevada announced Joy Thomas has been named president of its Medicaid health plan. In her new role, Thomas assumes responsibility for all aspects of Anthem’s Medicaid health plan operations in Nevada, ensuring its more than 203,000 members receive access to innovative, high-quality healthcare and support services.
