Nevada police conducting investigation following arrest of wrong-way driver

LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) – Nevada State Police say they placed one of its own on administrative leave after the arrest of a man accused in a deadly crash. Claude Rafiki was sentenced to 4 to 10 years in prison after pleading guilty in a Laughlin crash late March. Rafiki was driving a semi.
