This means states like Utah, Colorado, and areas around Lake Tahoe in California can expect a solid dose of wintery weather. SNOW IS COMING! Snowfall and precipitation levels across the Intermountain Region are predicted to be at or above average. The heaviest snowfalls are expected in mid-November, early and late January, and mid-March. Though it’ll be chilly, this winter won’t be particularly harsh. Temperatures are expected to be slightly warmer than usual, with the coldest snaps hitting in late November and late January.
