LAS VEGAS, Nev. (KOLO) -A former Las Vegas city council member and Nevada legislator is guilty of federal wire fraud, a federal jury decided Thursday. Michelle Fiore illegally solicited money for a memorial for a fallen Las Vegas police officer that she used for personal expenses, including paying for her daughter’s wedding, her rent and for plastic surgery.
