Heat records continue to drop as we head through this first week of October. If you’re ready for cooler air, next week temperatures finally drop below 100°. The Excessive Heat Warning ends tonight for areas east of Las Vegas from Lake Mead to Laughlin. Forecast highs hold in the 107° to 110° range for those areas.
