NEVADA, Iowa – Back-to-back hurricanes impacting Treasure Island on the coast of Florida are leaving a former Nevada woman wondering if she should try to recover her home. Walking around the island, Erin Pohl said her home last year felt unreal after a Category 4 hurricane flooded the barrier island she moved to on Florida’s coast.
