Authorities were called to the scene of a horrific crime in Ocean County, and a woman remains hospitalized following an incident that left her at the Temple University Burn Center in Philadelphia.
According to a report from Patch, a woman was burned in Plumstead Township, and her alleged attacker fled the scene.
The accused, according to Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley Bilheimer, was captured in Asbury Park, Monmouth County. “Justin D. Martin, 36, of Saddle Brook, was arrested early Friday in Asbury Park” and is now being held in Toms River at the Ocean County Jail…
