Snow Delivers Glancing Blow to Area

People living in southernmost New Jersey could bring the snowblowers and sleds out of hibernation Monday. But for people living in Southern Ocean County, well, not so much. Alex Staarmann, meteorologist for the National Weather Service in Mount Holly, said accumulations in the area ran from an inch to an inch and a half. Lacey Township readings were 1.5 inches, Barnegat 1.4 inches and Stafford 1.0 inch.
