A Farmington man, who reportedly killed someone while on conditions of release, was let out of jail Thursday by 11th Judicial District Judge Stephen Wayne.
Christopher Gutierrez, 20, was arrested Oct. 3 after allegedly driving drunk, rolling his truck and causing the death of Desiree Holden.
