Clean fuel standard bill passes through the House floor

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. – A bill making its way through the New Mexico roundhouse could make New Mexicans feel pain at the pump if passed. House Bill 41, also known as the Clean Transportation Fuel Standard, passed on the house floor in a vote of 36-33 this weekend. Representatives say the goal of the bill is to reduce carbon intensity and create a carbon credit market.
