It’s a quiet start to the week after an active weekend. Multiple storms will move through New Mexico beginning Tuesday bringing even more rain and snow into the weekend. For much of New Mexico Monday, it’s a warmer day with quiet weather to start the week. Clouds will be on the increase overnight all across the state, keeping temperatures warmer overnight as well. Our next storm system begins to move into western New Mexico by Tuesday afternoon, bringing scattered showers and mountain snow, especially to areas around the Gila. Showers will make it as far east as the Rio Grande Valley by Tuesday evening, but fall apart before making it into eastern New Mexico.
