Far northeastern New Mexico have begun to feel impacts of a backdoor cold front, the impacts will encompass all of eastern New Mexico into Friday. Temperatures east of the Central Mountain Chain are 5°-25° cooler than this time yesterday. More clouds will arrive Friday as well before moisture from the Gulf of Mexico surges into far eastern New Mexico Saturday.
