New Mexico Winter Weather Advisory: Snowfall Expected in High Elevations Starting Sunday

Santa Fe, NM – A winter weather advisory will take effect Sunday afternoon, bringing snow to New Mexico’s higher elevations. The advisory, valid from noon Sunday through 8 a.m. Monday, predicts 3 to 5 inches of snow above 7,500 feet. According to the National Weather Service, impacted areas include the Gila Region Highlands, Black Range, and Sacramento Mountains.
