[2] VIDEO: SFPD drone program helps catch suspected car thief in minutes – Santa Fe police say on December 31, they received a call from a man who had found his stolen truck. Officers confirmed the vehicle was stolen and attempted to stop it. The car fled and police launched their drone to help locate the vehicle. Police say within 15 minutes the drone found the vehicle and saw two people leave the car and run into a neighborhood. The drone operator gave officers a description of the suspects and police arrested the driver.
