HORSEHEADS, N.Y. (WENY) — Tenants in one apartment building at Bethany Village in Horseheads say they have been dealing with a foul odor in their units for more than 100 days. They describe the smell as human waste.
One of those tenants, who asked to be identified only as Sheryl, said the problem started in July at the Knoll Apartments.
“It’s like somebody is going to the bathroom in front of you,” she said. “You can’t get rid of it. It’s like it’s in the walls.”…
