Cold air is lock in to our north and that will cause icing concerns through Northern New York, with pockets of freezing rain especially in the Adirondacks and the higher terrain of southern Vermont and the northern Berkshires. Temperatures will remain above freezing around the Capital Region so no icing concerns for most locally.
