NEW YORK CITY (PIX11) — Gov. Kathy Hochul’s decision to pause congestion pricing is an insult to New Yorkers, Riders Alliance Senior Organizer Danna Dennis said on PIX on Politics.
“I actually couldn’t believe in this final hour that she would make a decision that would let down five million riders across the city,” Dennis said.
Dennis said riders are clamoring for better infrastructure, more frequent public transit and accessibility improvements, things that would have been benefited from congestion pricing.
