The anniversary of the “October Surprise” storm is here and it is a great reminder of the type of early snowfall that can occur in portions of New York State. The weather is changing this weekend for much of New York State. As the leaves move past their peak, and the rain starts to fall, there are snowflakes in the forecast for some areas.
