Congestion pricing could spell doom for Hochul like term limits did for Christine Quinn (opinion)

Gov. Kathy Hochul isn’t the only one to blame for the heinous congestion pricing tax that was set to go into effect on midnight Sunday. The plan has been moving through government for years, pushed along under the auspices of Hochul’s predecessor, Gov. Andrew Cuomo, and former Mayor Bill de Blasio.
